The 25 villa retreat is nestled on a 56 acre valley fringing a cluster of towering limestone hills with amalgamation of natural caves, pristine jungle, waterfalls and geothermal hot springs.     2009   Sunway Golden Diamond Hotel Zhongshan China is officially managed by Sunway International Hotels and Resorts in June.     2008   On January 2008, Allson Angkor Hotel and Allson Angkor Paradise Hotel had joined the hotel stable giving the group a presence in Siem Reap. Allson Angkor Paradise Hotel is a 4 star with 169 rooms and suites. It is located 5km from the Siem Reap International Airport. The other property which is called Allson Angkor Hotel, also a 4 star with 138 rooms and suites is located just 500 metres from the sister hotel.     2007   Allson International Hotels & Resorts was renamed to Sunway International Hotels & Resorts on 16 February.     2005   On 3 February, the Pyramid Tower Hotel, the brand's 4-star 534 room "selected-service" hotel and the 230 units of Pyramid Suites & Studios opened, forming part of the 800-acre Sunway Integrated Resort City.     2004   The Villas, a collection of 17 luxurious Asian styled accommodation opened on 1 March. The Villas forms part of the 800-acre Sunway Integrated Resort City.   On 1 August, The Duplex featuring long-term serviced residences with 12 units of townhouses opened, forming part of the 800-acre Sunway Integrated Resort City.     2002   Sunway City Berhad acquired the balance of 30% equity interest in Allson International Hotels & Resorts from Allante International Holdings Limited on 12 December.     1998   Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya and Sunway Hotel Hanoi opened on 16 February. Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh opened in March.     1997   Allson Hotel Putra Nilai in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia opened on 7 May 1997. On 27 June, Allson Residence Mitra Oasis in Jakarta opened.   On 24 October, Sunway City Berhad acquired an additional 19% equity interest in Allson International Hotels & Resorts from Allante International Holdings Limited.     1996   The flagship 441-room 5-star Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa was officially opened on 11 November by the then Prime Minister of Malaysia, The Honorable Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad. The Hotel forms part of the 800-acre Sunway Integrated Resort City.     1995   Sunway City Berhad acquired 51% equity interest in Allson International Hotels & Resorts from Allante International Holdings Limited on 28 September.     1994   Sunway Hotel Georgetown opened on 1 June.     1990   Incorporated in Hong Kong as Allson International Hotels & Resorts (renamed to Sunway International Hotels & Resorts in 2007), the group was founded by the President and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Allante.   The group's first hotel brand was the Allson Hotel Singapore.
