Corporate Technical Services
Sunway International Hotels & Resorts' technical know-how plays a vital part in any project, be it a Sunway International Hotels & Resorts' managed property, a franchised or an independent property.

In the setting up and planning of any hotel project, Sunway International Hotels & Resorts' team of professionals offer such technical services as a separate package to guide consultants and ensure that the style of the hotel is well suited to a particular market need. These services place great emphasis on the functional aspects of the hotel, plus the ever-important attention to quality, which will ultimately determine the resultant value of the property.

The Technical Assistance Service team works closely with the Project Manager and all other consultants appointed by the owner / developer from day one until the hotel opens for business, in the following areas:

  • Furnishing
  • Equipping
  • Feasibility study
  • Market survey
  • Staff recruitment and training
  • Pre-opening activities
     
These services are provided in consideration of a monthly fee, an amount which will be dependant on the size of the project and other factors prevailing, which excludes any out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
